Returns/Refunds Policy

ENDELEA Brand ensures each product purchased is met with highest quality and standards. 

AT THIS TIME, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if you feel your product was damaged in transit for whatever reason, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product. Please provide proof of issue (pictures of product, tag still attached and unworn) as well as proof of purchase to endelea@engolio.com with the subject line “Problem With Order”.

We will review the circumstance and if accepted, we’ll issue A STORE CREDIT ONLY, UP THE FULL AMOUNT OF PURCHASE.

Please keep in mind that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and because of this, we reserve the right to provide a store credit if deemed appropriate.
